About the city (program pages)
Climate, census, rural and remote, housing, cost and work, and job outlook figures on program pages come from the sources below. Each line names its source, reference period and the date we checked it (9 Oct 2026). Ontario's Rurality Index, BC's Rural Practice Subsidiary Agreement points and the Canada Student Loan Forgiveness page state no open licence: we cite a single published value per place and link to the official page, and we will remove any of them if the publisher asks.

Hospital facts (teaching sites on program pages)
Emergency visits and licensed beds (Quebec), elective surgeries completed (British Columbia), inpatient beds (New Brunswick) and hospital type (Nova Scotia) come from the provincial open data below. Each figure names its source, reference period and the date we checked it (9 Oct 2026). Other provinces do not publish this as open data. Names on program pages are matched to the provincial lists by hand-reviewed rules; a match we are not sure of shows nothing. These figures describe a hospital, not a program, and are not a ranking.
